Directions from East Valley (Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler) :
Scottsdale/Fountain Hills: Take Hwy 101 north and west to I-51.
Take I-51 south to the Glendale/Lincoln exit (2 exits past Shea
Blvd). Continue west 1 mile, the clinic is on the north (right)
just before 16th street. Tempe, Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler: Take Hwy 202 or I-10 west to
I-51 north. Exit on Glendale/Lincoln and continue west 1 mile. The
clinic is located on the north (right) side of the street just
before 16th street.
Directions from West Valley (Glendale, Peoria, Surprize, Sun City):
Take I-17 to Hwy 101 east, then take I-51 south to
Glendale/Lincoln exit. Continue west on Glendale one mile. The
clinic is located on the north (right) just before 16th street. |
